EXCLUSIONS:
- Food service at the amusement park
- Promotions, promotions, and discounts cannot be applied concurrently
- VinID points accumulation is not applicable Tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, changed or exchanged for another service
- Guests using the buffet will be charged an additional fee: 90,000 VND/child, 210,000 VND/adult and the elderly.

- Tickets are only valid once during the period of use stated on the ticket

Step 1: Access Wevsite: https://redrivertours.com.vn/ . Fill in all information including phone number, ticket pick-up date, and ticket pick-up location on the ticket booking information board.

Step 3: Receive tickets and check information.
How to receive tickets
- Red River Tour delivers free tickets at Duong Dong Phu Quoc from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Go to Red River Tour office to receive tickets: 379 Tran Hung Dao, Duong To, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang.
- From 5 tickets or more, ticket delivery is supported at Vinpear Land & Safari (Contact 10 minutes in advance).
Other notes
Our agent only sells Tickets/Cards, not Vouchers. These are 2 completely different types:
- Tickets/Cards are used directly to enter the gate without waiting time like Vouchers, exchanges are completely free, no need to determine the correct travel date because Tickets/Cards are valid for 30 days.
- Voucher is a code that when purchased will be exchanged for a Ticket/Card at the gate and requires a waiting time, cannot be returned, must be on the same registration date and has an expiry date of 1 day.
- Tickets can only be used once and will be checked upon entry.
