CABLE CAR OPERATION SCHEDULE: From 8h30 to 17h30 daily
- The trip from Hon Thom to An Thoi is 7:30 a.m. – 19:30 p.m. From Friday to Sunday it will be from 8:30 a.m. to 20:45 p.m.
- (Note that Hon Thom cable car will stop operating from 12:00 pm to 13:00 pm).
- The An Thoi – Hon Thom Sunworld Hon Thom Nature Park cable car route will have departure and return ticket control.

Step 1: Visit the website: https://redrivertours.com.vn/. Fill in all the required information, including phone number, ticket pickup date, and ticket pickup location in the booking form.
Step 2: A staff member will contact you. If you need immediate assistance, please call the hotline: 0297 730 9986.
Step 3: Receive your ticket and verify the information.
TO RECEIVE YOUR TICKET:

Red River Tour offers free ticket delivery within Duong Dong, Phu Quoc from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

You can also pick up tickets directly at the Red River Tour office: 379 Tran Hung Dao, Duong To, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang.

For orders of 5 tickets or more, delivery support is available at Vinpearl Land & Safari (please contact us at least 10 minutes in advance).
Note:
Our agency only sells Tickets / Cards, not Vouchers — these are two completely different types:

Tickets / Cards are used directly at the entrance without waiting time like Vouchers. They can be refunded or exchanged for free and do not require a specific visit date since Tickets / Cards are valid for 30 days.

Vouchers are codes that must be exchanged for Tickets / Cards at the entrance, which requires waiting time. They are non-refundable, must be used on the registered date, and are valid for only one day.

Tickets can only be used once and are checked immediately upon entry.
